AVALON RETURN POLICY:

The following are NOT returnable:
Electronic delivery items. (Licenses, etc)
Media – labels, tags, ribbons, etc
Items that have been used.
Items missing manuals, cables, warranty cards, static bags, etc.
Items not in original packaging.
Items where original packaging has been marked or defaced.

All other items are returnable, subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Return must be requested within 15 days of shipment.
Returns must be received within 30 days of shipment.
